In order to fulfil the microgravity requirements for space experiments, improved technology for the microgravity environment is proposed, including that for raising the orbital altitude, optimizing the layout of the disturbance source, using 1 N-thrusters instead of 5 N-thrusters, etc. In addition, evaluation of the microgravity environment of the recoverable satellite was also conducted using on-orbit micro-vibration measurement, on-orbit experiment and data analysis technologies. The microgravity level of the SJ-10 recoverable satellite in China is compared with the spacecraft used for carrying out space science experiments internationally. This paper describes the microgravity environment of the SJ-10 recoverable satellite, and its importance for analysing space experimental results.

Reusable launch vehicle is an important way to realize fast, cheap and reliable space transportation. A combined cycle engine system provides a more efficient and flexible form of power. The investigation on the research status of the combined cycle engine technology, including basic principle, research programs and classification of structure is firstly discussed in this paper. Then the bilevel hierarchical and integrated parameters/trajectory overall optimization technologies are applied to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of overall vehicle design. Simulations are implemented to compare and analyze the effectiveness and adaptability of the two algorithms, in order to provide the technical reserves and beneficial references for further research on combined cycle engine reusable launch vehicles.

With the development of large numbers broadband Internet access, global satellite communications is moving towards High Throughput Satellites (HTS). Now, USA, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Australia have already developed HTS systems. However, there is little research to analyze the factors influencing high throughput. Thus, from the design perspective, the throughput of HTS and influencing factors are calculated and compared at a system level. Finally, the application of HTS is analyzed and forecasted.

Based on international requirements for the application of commercial remote sensing data, an information service system for receiving and processing multi source remote sensing data was developed and introduced. The system consists of an Oversea Fixed Ground Service Station (OFGS), a Transportable Vessel-Borne Service Station (TVBS) and a Data Operation and Management Center (DOMC). Fixed and transportable service stations were developed in Venezuela, Latin America and for the China’s Xuelong polar research vessel respectively, and serve the function of remote sensing data receiving, processing and application. The DOMC connects the OFGS and TVBS, so that they constitute a network to provide receiving, distribution, retrieval, browsing, ordering, and downloading functions for multi remote sensing satellite data and products. It validates the competence in providing 40 kinds of typical application products. The development of this system provides a reliable and comprehensive service for commercial remote sensing data applications for users both in domestic and oversea markets.

For the last 10 years, the Venezuelan aerospace industry has been constantly growing, and it is to be expected to continue in the same way in the future. China and its space industry, as the main partner for most of the ongoing Venezuelan space projects from their beginning, has been an important player in their development and may continue acting as one of the most important partners not only for the Venezuelan aerospace industry but also for other Latin-American countries’ aerospace industries.
ABAE (Bolivarian Agency for Space Activities) together with the related Chinese aerospace companies, with the guidance and help of CGWIC, has been constantly improving its cooperation methods, regarding technical work flows as well as management activities, especially for the latest’s space projects under development, namely the CIDE (Venezuelan Design, Assembly, Integration and Testing Center) and VRSS-2 (Venezuelan Remote Sensing Satellite-2) programs. Provided that there is a deeper and stronger cooperation in the future, partnership and friendship of the different scientists, experts and leaders from the space sectors of both countries, will be improved and strengthened for the development of both nations social welfare.
